Reef Safe with Caution

A selection of fish that can make exceptional additions to a reef aquarium, but whose compatibility calls for a more considered approach. Some species may show an inclination toward corals or other sessile invertebrates, while others require greater attention to the temperament, size, and composition of their tankmates. With thoughtful selection and an understanding of their natural behavior, many can be kept successfully in carefully planned reef systems.
